Monoclonal Genomic Antibody Technology®

For development of monoclonal antibodies with Genomic Antibody Technology®, SDI selects three regions of your protein for in vivo expression. This increases the probability of obtaining useful monoclonal antibodies. Sera and supernatants are tested by SDI using immunogen expressed in the laboratory. We send sera and supernatant as well as the results of our testing for your evaluation. Cryopreserved hybridoma cell lines are the product. These cell lines can be used for monoclonal antibody production.

There are two phases for development of monoclonal antibodies with Genomic Antibody Technology®:

Phase I:  Development of Immune Mice
Timing:  84 days from receipt of protein sequence to selection of mice for cell fusion

Phase II:  Development of Monoclonal Antibodies with Genomic Antibody Technology®
Timing:  84 days from start of fusion work to delivery of final report
Price:  Please call

Total project time: 168 days
